Buyers: be prepared to act fast in this tight market.It is not what it was a few years ago when you could low ball a seller and have a shot at it.Those days are gone. There are still some foreclosures and short sales but it seems like nobody wants distressed houses any more. Even investors have dropped from the market considerably.I have about 200 foreclosures and it appears there are not takers.
Buyers are scooping up homes in great shape,priced to market. They are selling in just a few days.
