Great time to sell your home. There is not very much inventory on the market.Homes priced right ,updated and in good shape are selling quickly. If you have been waiting for the seller's market to return since pre -recession.....well,it is finally here! Don't miss the annual spring seller's window.
If you are a buyer, listen to the Fed. For the first time in years it appears they will raise rates on the fear of inflation. For those of you that "will wait another year",it will cost you dearly over the course of any loan you take. You cannot save enough money in the next 12+ months to offset an interest rate hike that you will have to pay for over the life of the loan.
Younger first time buyers have only lived with low rates but, rest assured, they will go up to rates that most of us experienced years ago....it is only a matter of time. Act while you can still qualify for a home.

"Stacey sold our home in 2013 and had to be really creative in doing so! Although the home is in a desirable area, the postal address didn't reflect it. She made custom maps and put them on websites, posted about it on social media outlets numerous times, put up directional signs, held open houses, reached out to other agents & her past customers. In the end we had a multiple offer situation and we came out with a better result than we had anticipated. :) This is the second home she has sold for us and we would recommend her to anyone who asked! Thanks so much Stacey !!!!!!!!!!!!"
